What CEXP is
CEXP — Certified Employee Experience Professional — is the mid-tier credential of a three-tier system: Associate (AEXP), Certified (CEXP) and Master (MEXP). Each is awarded by The EX Institute against the Body of Knowledge that defines the discipline.
How CEXP differs from a vendor certification
You don't pass a quiz on a product. You design and run a complete employee listening programme — from purpose, through instrument design and fielding, to analysis and action — and submit a portfolio judged by independent examiners. There is a written exam, and a live oral defence.
Who CEXP is for
Practitioners with three or more years of experience leading employee listening programmes for their organisation or for clients.
